Reminder: St. Thomas’ Parents Association Annual Subscription of €10 per family is now overdue. Please return your subscription to class teacher in the envelope provided by Monday 5th November. Thank you to parents who have already paid this subscription as funds collected greatly assist the resources available to the school.
SPOOKY WOW Dress-Up : Well done to all the pupils parents and staff today for making such an effort today in their magnificent costumes! A big thank you to the Parents’ Association for organising Goody Bags for all the children.
We encourage all our parents to keep our pupils walking to school, where possible.
Book Week 2018 starts Monday 12th Nov. Lots of activities will be happening in school e.g.
Book Fair: 12th to 16th, D.E.A.R. Time, Buddy Reading, Library Visits (Sen. Inf. -2nd class)

Niall deBúrca storyteller will also visit the school during book week.
A Book Fair, facilitated by our Parents Association, will be held in the school from Monday12th to Friday 16th November. Our school benefits by getting 60% of the value of the book sales in free books for the school, and this assists the development of our class libraries and resource materials.

School Closures: School will be closed tomorrow Friday 26th October due to the Presidential Election / Blasphemy Referendum as our school campus is used as a voting station.
Our Mid-Term Break takes place from Monday 29th October to Friday 2nd Novemberinclusive. School reopens on Monday 5th November.
