Dear Parents/Guardians,
If you have registered and set up the Parent Teacher Meeting Scheduler, you will not be able to book your appointment time until you receive an notification email inviting you to select your time.
This notification email will be sent to you in the next few days. The system has been timed to release notifications on different days to accommodate parents/guardians that need to meet more than one teacher.
Parents/Guardians of children with three or more siblings in the school will receive notifications on: 21.01.2020
Parents/Guardians of children who receive support and their siblings in the school will receive notifications on: 21.01.2020
Parents/Guardians of children with two or more siblings in the school will receive notifications on: 22.01.2020
Parents/Guardians of children with one or more siblings in the school will receive notifications on: 22.01.2020
Parents/Guardians of children with no siblings in the school will receive notifications on: 23.01.2020
Please follow this following log in steps when you receive notification.
To log in and reserve your time-slot:
Fill in the login form and enter your email address and the new password that you received in your email and click 'Log In'.
- Click on the Parent/Teacher meeting link provided in the 'Notifications' panel.
- Follow the instructions on-screen to reserve your preferred meeting time.
- Please remember to leave time between meetings (10 minutes) if you are meeting more than one teacher.
