First Holy Communions: Yesterday evening we received confirmation from the parish office that they will be in touch via email with all parents of communicants for 2020 and 2021 in the coming days. The parish intends to continue with bookings for communion over the coming weeks and with increased numbers. If you do not receive an email by this evening please call the parish office on 01 6281018. Please also keep a watchful eye on the parish website.
First communion photos for present 4th class pupils will take place in St. Thomas’ on 27th September and for current 3rd class pupils on the 29th September. Children will go to school as normal on those dates (but in their communion outfits). Scoil Aine and St. Thomas’ will co-ordinate the photographs within school hours so parents should not present to the schools. Any children who are not making their communion but who would like to dress up for a photograph on those dates are as always welcome to do so also.
